Every parent with a child in our school and every member of staff at our school is part of our Parent Teacher Association.
We meet every half term at the school to discuss all areas that the school and parents think are important. We also love fundraising for our school and the children.
On our website and notice board in the reception area of our school, you will be able to see when future meetings and events are being held. All minutes of our meetings will be displayed on our notice board and the school website.
The PTA co-ordinates many fundraising events. Recent fundraising events have included ice cream and cake sales, which go down really well with our children! We have also had Valentines and Halloween fancy dress discos; Mad Hatter’s tea party; raffles; Santa’s grotto and we also hold an annual summer fair. We have managed to raise a great deal of money from these events which goes towards subsidising school trips and supplying the children with resources and materials that the school cannot afford e.g. rewards/prizes for children, play equipment, etc.
